How do I cancel?

Can I protect my family?
Yes. The Family plan gives one account 5 profiles: you plus 4 people. You invite them from the Family page. Each adult signs in once to add their details and sign their own authorization, and can let you manage their profile. Once they do, you see their progress from your account. Each adult gets their own email updates.
Do you cover all 50 states?
Yes. Broker opt-outs work for residents of every state. Some states' privacy laws give you extra rights, such as California's DROP deletion request, and your dashboard shows the options that apply where you live.
Why do I sometimes need to do something myself?
Some sites only accept requests by email, need you to use their own opt-out page, or send a confirmation link to your own inbox. Those emails go to you and you complete them; we never read your mailbox. We give you the exact address or link, a prepared message where one is needed, and step-by-step instructions.
